New Life Compassion
Who We Are – EVERY MOMENT COUNTS
New Life Compassion exists to help relieve the oppression of communities who are in crisis. Recently our focus has been on the Syrian refugee crisis, focusing mainly on helping these communities reach out to this generation of children and youth, so that they may gain an education while still displaced from their homeland.
Concerned for the whole community, New Life Compassion also partners with wonderful local teachers and administrators, and relief organizations to help bring to vulnerable children, youth, and families, the basic necessities of life. We offer friendship and God’s love to these communities, and help connect them with the compassionate people of the world, who see their suffering and want to walk with them as they go through this very difficult season.
The earthquake in Turkey and Syria has left thousands of families without shelter in freezing temperatures.

Our Values

Education
We are partnering with local churches, wonderful educators, and compassionate people like yourself to set up learning centers in areas where otherwise the children there would have no schooling, and who otherwise tend to end up in labor situation, earning very little wage.
Meals
Besides access to wonderful teachers, every learning center that is established offers these kids a morning snack and a mid-day meal. Malnutrition and lack of access to foodstuffs is a struggle for this at-risk population. By providing snacks and a meal, we help alleviate some of that burden.
Creativity
The learning centers we establish also offer plenty of opportunity for creative expression, and the opportunity to grow up with an education, despite the war in Syria continuing. This in turn helps to create something else so desperately needed… hope. Hope that something better is on the way.

NLC is looking for volunteers to help with administration of the ministry.
